Dillon’s years of experience as well as passion for everything Agile is evident in all he does and says. He has challenged our ways of thinking and through this helped grow everyone he has worked with while at our company – which sounds like quite a statement. However, I do believe this. He has given each of us food for thought and has built great relationships with all he worked with. Bringing in laughter and fun into the workplace is also something I so appreciated about his style. His guidance and coaching in my personal growth as a Scrum master is something I will always be grateful for.

It is seldom that I have the opportunity to work with someone as amazing as Dillon. He was my first Agile coach and helped me become a confident and competent Product Owner. We subsequently worked together for many years, and I can honestly say that Dillon is the best Agile Coach I have worked with. He is an authentic leader who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo in a respectful and humble way. I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.

Working with Dillon is fun and valuable. Dillon is insightful in his approach to training where he focuses on getting people engaged. His analogies set the scene and speed up people’s understanding. Dillon also has an expansive knowledge of Agile that he is happy to share. He is a change agent, helping get change to happen. He questions the status quo and helps people broaden their horizons. Throughout our time together Dillon has been supportive, open to sharing ideas and also open to learning new ways of thinking and working. In the short time that I worked with Dillon, it was clear that he has a strong passion and excellent knowledge around the agile methodology and delivery framework. Over the last three years I have watched Dillon grow as a ScrumMaster first and then as an Agile Coach. I have worked with him closely and seen how his self-awareness and coaching skills have enabled him to express himself and grow others in this space. He is a great coach and I hope many get to experience his openness and humbleness, not to mention the experience he can bring.

I remember first meeting Dillon on a CSM course. He immediately struck me as someone with a great understanding of Scrum and in particular of the Scrum Master role. Since then I have seem Dillon grow as a coach. I particularly enjoy his humble down to earth approach. He is not afraid to admit if he doesn’t know what to do, and is always willing to try something out. I appreciate his dedication to his own personal growth, and constant work to improve his relationships with others. Dillon is one of only a handful of people in South Africa that I would recommend as a ScrumMaster or Agile Coach.
