I help organizations and product teams deliver value effectively and frequently through a collaborative approach. My strong commercial acumen and technical background allow me to offer a balanced perspective on quality and value. I am a practiced Product Owner and have experience coaching and training others in this role. I believe leadership is crucial for Agile product development, and I work closely with management and senior stakeholders to foster an Agile mindset. My focus is on creating alignment and understanding for change to ensure successful Agile adoption, assisting teams and leadership in co-creating change in both practices and behavior. As an enterprise-level Agile Coach Lead and Trainer, I bring a pragmatic approach to helping teams become high-performing.
